    Been watching a lot of the food network on sky recently... Well its coming into summer nows the time for yummy pestos and what nots :)....

    But Iv enoticced something the amercan / chefs / tv cooks tend to use so much salt in there food I mean to the point where I find I'm rasing an eyebrow and thinking salt in every single dish

    Now i know how to season food couple of turns of a pepper mill... sprinkle of salt, yet american chef bombards the food with mass's of the stuff..

    The guilty ones are bare foot contessa, this dude called tyler and also

    whats the deal with 3 or 4 different sauces on one plate :confused:

    Its madness....
