How to refit helmet straps

I needed to wash the straps from my Bell Triton Helmet and now can't be sure how to refit them.

Here is a snap of how I have them. Is it right? Feels fine on my head but the straps at the front seem very far forward when on me. I searched around the web and couldn't find instructions or pics of the right way. I think I have the back strap looped correctly though.

Adjust the clips where the back straps meet the front straps - i.e. the clips that would be at/under your ears when wearing the helmet. Give more slack to the front and less to the back.

That doesn't look right - the straps shouldn't be under the forehead pad like that - looks like it'd put them in the middle of your face.

Well thats my thinking too. However moving the clips to tighten the back straps and loosen the front seems to have improved the fittingas Stee suggested, so maybe thats how its supposed to be. Plus, I can't see where else they can go.

I'll be back in the bike shop in a few weeks so I can check a helmet if still in stock.
