Sky news - L of a Driver: Woman flips instructors car

The woman - in her 20s - was only on her second lesson when the mishap occuerd.
She was attempting to turn at a junction when the Fiat 500 hit a wooden gatepost and turned over.
Homeowner Dermot Dobson, whose gate was struck, said: "It was an unusual thing to wake up to on a Sunday morning.
"My first thought was that it was a joyrider. But I soon realised it was a learner driver after I saw the car."
He added: "My gate and gate post have been demolished - I will have to replace the lot."
Fortunately no one was hurt but the road had to be closed while the vehicle was turned upright and towed away.
A BSM spokesman told Sky News: "This was a freak incident, and thankfully no one was hurt.
"The learner driver is fine and has already booked her next lessons with us. The instructor responded to the incident calmly and professionally, and is back on the road in a new car."

While trying to do a 3 point turn.. Hahahaha

What a flippin' disaster...

Don't instructor cars have an extra clutch and brake pedal? Obviously the instructor was also a twat and wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. If she was doing a 3 point turn he'd have more than enough time to floor the brake on his side if he was paying attention and something went wrong.

Unless she flew down the road and whipped up the handbrake after he said; "You just passed where I wanted you to stop for the 3 point turn."

Student Miss Jaksa, 24, was crossing a junction in the village of Headington, near Oxford, when the steering wheel locked.

Panicking, she put her foot on the accelerator instead of the brake, sending the car crashing into a gatepost before it flipped over. She said she could not remember much about the accident, but added stoically: 'It has not put me off driving - why would it?'

She needs to reconsider her panic behaviour.

The instructor was probably lying on the back seat sh1tting himself and writing his last will and testament, so couldn't reach the dual controls.

'Merson the Cat, at what point in this does it say a 3 point turn, cant even read a story properly, let alone driving, wouldnt want to be on the road with you, she attempted to turn at a junction, this coming from a young driver... people like you probably cause crashes'

In one of my first lessons i tried to go around a roundabout the wrong way. Was confused for a while wondering why the instructer was frantically grabbing the wheel.....

Further proof - women shouldnt be allowed drive unless they're exceedingly hot - gives us something to look at when stuck in traffic.
