Claim tax back from 2008?

I worked in Ireland from June to November before heading to Oz. Earned bewteen 10-12,000. I didn't claim back any tax. Am I entitled to taxback from this time and can I still reclaim it? And most importantly, how?

Complete a Form P50 and send it with your P45 to the tax office
