laptop repairs in the westmeath area

I have a laptop and its about a year old, working fine but all the usb ports are broken so i am just wondering can they be replaced or repaired and if so does anybody no where and how much???

instead of getting it fixed it might be cheaper to go with one of these:

thats if your laptop has a cardbus slot.
usb ports could be because of virus'.... have seen it on xp before. reinstalled the os and it was fine.

thanks for your help i bought one of them a few days ago just waiting till it arrives.

the usb ports are broken because of having usb cable in and putting pressure on them so its like the connectors have bent if that makes any scence
