    Just trying to get a bit more structure to our setup at the moment. So would be an idea to get an idea of what targets people have set for 2010 on ward. We we have an idea we can maybe try to get some groups and/or Sessions arranged.

    A couple of ideas would be some workshops similar to the one runby Tingle last year. Alot of people are not able to make weekly session but if anyone wants some structure we should try to arange them.

    So if you have any targets and would let me know.

    I've already entered DCM this year, so guess I'm targeting that. Other than that though I'll be doing any races that come along and take my fancy, but let me know if there are any of these AAI/ novice/ inter/ etc races that we are going to bung a team in for and I'll be there if needed. As for having any kind of structure to my training, as was briefly mentioned in the bar in Rotterdam on Sunday, I don't do that.

    Just an Idea but for all the Half Marathon / Marathon runner would you like to target the National Half Marathon on Sept 5th its a bit better time for a half marathon if planning on Running Dublin as the Race series half is a little too late in my books.

    Unfortunately it's just too close to Berlin Marathon (for me), which takes place on September 25th, so I would just end up trying to run it at PMP, which would be pretty pointless.

    That's certainly an idea. DCM is by no means a certainty for me, it will depend on how training is going. I will proabably enter the Dublin half marathon as well though as it is a good price for the full race series. I guess it depends on the national Half mara course and whether or not it is flatter/better for a PB attempt.
