    Hi

For the purposes of efficient handling of customer and client business, I'm investigating the best customer relationship management (CRM) systems, similar to what many sales operations will have.

The CRM system should have the capacity for a few thousand records; ample capacity for note taking for each contact occasion.

    Suggestions or advice welcome!

    Thanks
