I'm looking to sign up for my first Duathlon (the Runways series in Phoenix Park) and am just wondering what to wear. When I'm out on the bike I wear bib-shorts that wouldn't be too comfortable to run in. And vice-versa with the running, the shorts I tend to wear wouldn't be too comfortable on the bike. Any suggestions?
