Triathlon indoor swim- what to wear? (ladies)

    Hi ladies, What would you wear for the swim part of an indoor triathlon when you don't have a tri suit? I guess swim suit then pop on shorts and a t-shirt for the cycle and run. Would you wear a sports bra/ short sports top under your swim suit for the swim? I really couldn't run without a sports bra so I'm just not sure what to do!!

    If you don't have a tri suit, just wear the sports bra under your swim suit and throw on a top and shorts over the whole lot when you get out of the pool. It'll save time and you'll dry off quick enough on the bike. Best of luck with the triathlon!

    Last yr I wore my tri shorts in the pool, sports bar and covered up with a tankini. Then only had to put on a t-shirt afterwards. Saved a 'small' amount of time
