They've signed with EA so we know who their secret meetings were with prior to their firing by Activation-Blizzard.

Kinda makes the legal case by Activision against them go against them some what?
The main claim by Activision was that they contacted EA while under contract with Activision to leave and setup a studio along with most of the Infinity Ward staff published by EA.

EA has announced an exclusive publishing agreement with Respawn Entertainment, a new company formed today by Infinity Ward founders Jason West and Vince Zampella

Thing is, this isn't the first time they've done this, they left EA before to start Infinity Ward. Now EA have realised the success Infinity Ward became and have tempted them back

If EA suddenly turn into money grubbing whores again we know that there's some sort of curse associated with these two guys...

Can't wait to see their next game though :D

They left 2015 to form IW, they also nicked source code from MOHAA to use in COD1 so this should run and run :D
