    Thought this paper might be of interest to some people - I came across it on the efestivals forum. It's a bit dated and psychiatric services is not my area so I don't have too much to add, but I'd be interested in hearing if this is the norm, whether this is typical of all festivals (eg oxygen) or if things have changed a bit since the nineties.
