"Partnership Areas"

    Hi there.

I am trying to get off the dole {JSA} and I have formulated a business plan. It is a good plan, well documented and backed up by figures.

However, the investigation of the viability of my plan is done by the "local Partnership Company", in so-called "Partnership Areas", and is done by the Department of SFA in "non-partnership" areas.

Can anyone tell me where these "Partnership Areas" are???

    Thanks.
