    Hi all,
just a quick question... I have a Learner permit for a car, now im after deciding to get a bike, just filling out the form for the bike theory test.
So im just wondering, do I need to do the eyesight form again, or do i just get my theory test cert and my current learner permit and send them off to get updated?

    Thanks all!

    Aaron

Yeh, forget about the eyesight form as long as the first one's still in date (don't know how long it lasts, if you do need glasses it's indefinite I think). You do need a Learner Permit Application Form D201 though, and your current Learner Permit and Theory Test Pass Certificate. And don't forget it's free! :)

oh right yeah haha thats great news so! thanks Richie!

yeah that's all i was wondering, nah I don't need glasses but i was just curious as I didnt know if they treat every application as a first time y'know?

I didn't know it was free...I would've guessed it was €15 again, but thats great news!

Thanks for all the replies, great help!
