We will be able to confirm some of the seminars for Sports Expo Ireland later this week. I can tell you we have one of the countrys leading nutritionists giving a seminar on womens health and nutrition. We also have a great seminar on Strenght training with some of the countrys leading athletes and trainers taking part…

We will be able to confirm some of the seminars for Sports Expo Ireland later this week.

I can tell you we have one of the countrys leading nutritionists giving a seminar on womens health and nutrition.

We also have a great seminar on Strenght training with some of the countrys leading athletes and trainers taking part which will give a unique look at strenght training.

We also have a great Kettlebell workshop which will go through correct movements, training etc.
