You can use magic eye to transmit signal to a second tv ,using standard coax cable.OR buy a secondhand skybox buyandsell and use that to get the free channels bbc, c4,itv on sky.You can buy a lnb with 4 or 6 connectors for sky dish, this allows you to connect 6 sky boxs from 1 dish, but that means you,d have 6 cables coming from the dish.
OR use a remote wireless extender , no cables ,transmit sky box signal to tv upstairs ,cost 60euro.http://www.sky.com/portal/site/ireland/products/equipment/multiroom
, 7.50 per month for each extra sky box.

I used the following amp to distribute my RF2 from the Sky box to 2 other TVs, one of which works off the magic eye:

if you have an aerial on the house also, this is the easiest way to do it.
    1. Feed the cable from your aerial into the aerial in on your sky box.
    2. Feed from RF2 to an amp like this one. http://tvtrade.ie/show/119,Labgear-link-amplifier-4-way
    3. Then connect all your existing tv outlets to this amp and you should be able to run magic eyes in all rooms. You may need to remove the wall plates in the rooms as they can block the DC power going to the eyes.
    4. Make sure RF2 power is on in your sky box
