Hiya, just wondering whether someone might know off the top of their head what the nutritional info might be for an omlette I just threw together...

I used 2 eggs (1 yolk), a drop of full fat milk, 4 cherry tomatoes, a bit of chopped onion and half a plain chicken breast (which was just cooked in the oven by itself) and a small bit of kerrygold in the pan.

    I know it's a random mix but it was a 'friday-evening-and-i'm-eating-whatever's-in-the-fridge meal'!! :)

Assume 85 calories for the whole egg, 10 for the egg white. Maybe 10 for the milk if it really is only a drop. 10 - 20 for the tomatoes, maybe 20-30 for the onion, 75-100 for the chicken breast (depends on size). Does that sound about right?

Sounds spot on! Thanks a mil. I was thinking about 350kcal just considering the contents and looking at the plate. I don't think it was too bad - very filling anyway :)

Since you were looking at the size of ingredients you used, you're the best judge.
