iphonE 3gs wont sync (sync server)

    bought it yesterday,every time i connect it to pc it says sync server wont sync.any ideas?


    "SYNC SERVER HAS STOPPED WORKING"

    i had to move this file from windows folder to my desktop "libxml2.dll "

    dont know why,but it worked.got the info from the apple forums

    Thanks a million Handsomecake.
    After a bit of googling the problem came across your post here and it worked!!
    Got my iphone today and was starting to get annoyed that I could not sync.

    Do you know if we have to leave the .dll on the desktop forever? Or can we move it back / away?

    no problem chief,i am a complete computer noob but googled the problem myself and am happy to pass it on,i thought my iphone was crocked on the first day!!

    Hi all,

    I have this problem too- bought my first apple product yesterday- iphone and it wont sync with my pc (windows vista). Could someone explain how to move that folder to my desktop? I really am a compelte hopeless case when it comes to my computer!!

    click your windows icon (bottom left of screen)
    click computer
    double click on c drive(mine is acer (c:) )
    scroll down until you see a folder called windows
    go into the windows folder
    look for the folder marked "libxml2.dll "
    right click on it and hit "send to" and send it to your desktop
    it should work then.
    no idea why.im like yourself

    Thank you so much, I really appreciate your help handsomecake! i dont know what madness came over me to get an iphone! I always had a nokia before- phone for dummies!!
