Hi all, does anyone know of a butchers in Dublin/Meath that sells wild boar, even wild boar sausages? I presume that there are some speciality butchers that would do these. Thanks, 78

They do boar, not wild boar. I know they call it wild, but it isn't. There are so few wild boar in Ireland that anyone lucky enough to shoot one isn't handing it to a butchers
