Nexus One updating rom to desire or htc sense

Hi guys,
I have a nexus bought from google. Now I want to install htc sense on this phone, so I have to update the rom,

so does anyone have instructions of the steps to do this? has anyone here done this even?

I have browsed the web but afraid of corrupting the phone, so anyone who has done this who could point out what to do would be fantastic.

if you dont touch the SPL, whatever you do on the phone wont damage it permanently in any case.
