Missing job application deadline...

Only seen the job advert today. It is the job I have been looking for for the past year. Missed the deadline by 3 mins and they said they cant accept it.

Find out who is recruiting. Ask them can you stil submit. Show your passion for the job if indeed you have been looking for it for over a year. Go up the ladder if you have to.

I missed a deadline for my perfect job last year. I sent a letter to the local manager (the job was in the public service and recruitment went through Dublin) explaining that I'd really appreciate an opportunity to submit an application and why I was suited to the position. The manager invited me to his office where he helped me fill in an application form and he sent it off with a note that it was to go into the selection process. I got a phone call later that week from Dublin to say they had my form and i was in the selection process. Nothing came of it in the end but...if you have been waiting for this job go for it man!

def look it up and apply. I did the same as above, applied late and got told I was in the selection process, didn't get it in the end, but they def counted me as a candidate

Yeah someone emailed me back and said no, you're late. Basically tough ****. I'm not sure if I am even qualified enough for it but I have tons of knowledge on the subject and huge passion.

I'll give it a shot.

Sure keep belting away at it. Worst thing that can happen is they tell you to p*** off.

yeah meailed them twice since they never got back to me. f*ck them, if they are that strict they prob aint that great to work for.
