    Tired muscles? Screw them!

Show those muscles who's boss by riding 50km flat out and then doing double your usual number of lengths at 9pm.

impossible to say from your post, depends on where you are in your training and are you tired coz you were up watching TV till 6am or coz you did 5 hr cross training session???

Base rule is there is a big difference between tiredness and laziness, Its perfectly fine to have an unplanned easy day now and again, it allows your body rest, repair and build muscle. If you think skipping the 25 is a good idea then best do it, eat properly and go for the swim, this will help against burn out which is a big factor in the failure of training plans. If however you are just lazy, HTFU get out there and do it, then cycle to swimming tonight too!!!!!

    god damn lazy mo fo!!!!!

I think what I have is tiredness from training, my body is not overally bad. it's just that I think I need extra sleep with the extra exercise

    Think mathematically.

Lets say your current performance is at 40%?

If you exercise today and tomorrow that might be 40% + 50% = 90%

If you rest up, you can give 100% tomorrow?

    :pac:
