my win/loss is a lot better than my k/d - I'm a bit of a passenger - I bet that surprises you after last night :D

    w/l is about .9, k/d is .67

Ha ha not at all , in my view , i think its better to be a team player rather than a lone wolf, unless you play ffa.

mines is 2.4, A mate has a W/L over 4.00 because he goes for the flags in domination ie playing the game properly

Must check mine later, in Domination and objective games its usually pretty high, TDM and FFA not so much, can have a run of really good games and then others get creamed game after game. a lot can depend on your teammates as well, one big annoyance to me is not looking after people in Last Stand, happened last night playing Sub Base, came round a corner as a teammate was shot, I got the guy who did it but he was in last stand (or is it final stand? whichever is the deathstreak) so i crouched down in front of him and got a few more guys (4 kill streak, airdrop for me heh) he got back up and we took out a few more guys, thats teamwork. Any time I've ever been in final stand whoevers stood beside me has just fecked off.

    I think(been over a month since playing MW2) it is 1.2ish.

I used to quit very regularly especially early on because of numerous reasons plus I live on campus so a host of people used my profile too which didn't really help ha.

    COD4 it's 2.2 though :)

mines .7 but i do have a plus k/d ratio.

I find for players that arent brillant you'll either have a good win/loss or k/d not both. Takes a great player to have both as high ratios

If you play alot of team deathmatch its easier to keep both high because if your getting alot of kills chances are you will be winning at the same time whereas objective game types you may get alot of kills but dont win as often.

Exactly, and if you play free for all you're gonna be a way down, or if you quit regularly

Mine is only .73 but it's come up from 0.62 in the last week or two, must be doing something right!

I've found I can get a huge win streak going on domination recently by doing the opposite of what everyone else does, I use the riot shield, and either provide a distraction so my team can capture the points, or just stand in a corner near the flag so anyone who comes in to steal it freaks out then legs it as most people dont know how to deal with a riot shield enabled guy :D, its hilarious watching people run in, stop, fire a few rounds at you, throw a grenade (blast shield, woo!) and then run out of ideas, but by this point I've either battered them with the shield or someone else has killed them, point defended, booyah. Also great for distracting the harriers and attack choppers too, absorb all the bullets while your team runs about unaffected, sigh, I'm so selfless :D

course me k/d ratio is gone to sh1t but hey, winnings winning

Ya if I see air support now i usually get me riot shield out - lay down and take the points! Great for standing in front of a sentry gun too :) Easy challenges.

Actually not a bad idea. Might try that whenever I sort out my PS3.
