    Hi all,

Me and my partner wish to move in together shortly and have just realised her job seekers allowance will probably be reduced.

i have had a good look but cannot work out to what degree it will be reduced.

Could someone give me some advice.

At present i earn per month roughly 1900,
She is currently receiving 196 per week

With my outgoings which are tax, insurance and a personal loan i am not left with very much at the end of the month.

from what i calculated her payment may go down to roughly 100 per week?

    Does this seem right

    Hi

seems about right to me - possibly a bit less.

Before the rates were cut hubbie was earning E450 / wk before deductions and I was getting E127 / wk JSA (we do have a child).

Ironically we are both unemployed now :(

Hope it works out for you.

    Fran

they could stop her payments all together if they deem your wage enough to support the both of you. Happened to me and my OH
