Results of whois query shown below shows the site is registered in China.
They have no real contact details.
The english is rough to say they least.
They say they are the best in the UK even though their Terms and Conditions state that they only take payment in dollars.
And if you put the registrants address into Googlemaps its the Bank of China Shanghai Branch
One to avoid I would say.
