I have been attending aquafit classes the last couple of weeks and after a crap class last night I am starting to wonder how beneficial the excercise in the water is verus a normal aerobics class.

Anyone have any views on Aquafit?

all depends.. what are your current goals? wat do you do on other days of training? do you play any sports?

I want to drop a dress size and tone up my tummy.
I am eating a good diet and I am very focused.
I have a back problem so the only other excercise I do is walking.

I have been going to aquafit two/three times a week and walking two nights a week.
I find the aquafit easy to do as it doesn't give my back any trouble but would I just be better off walking.

+ 1 on the need for details.. usually better to see if there are a few things maybe holding you back diet wise.. post as detailed as u can . an example of a typical day maybe. ..
also how severe is the back issue?

Well today for example I had:

    Breakfast: Porridge & Banna
Lunch: 2 slices weight watchers bread, tuna and tomato. Vitalina Yoghurt
    Snack: Apple & Pear

For dinner I am having Spag Bol homemade tomato sauce.

I have drank about 1 litre of water so far

I have noticed some weight loss I haven't weighed myself but I have noticed that my clothes looser.

My back problem is a trapped nerve and slipped disc that I am getting treatment for at the moment.

I just don't want to be wasting my time with the aquafit if its not doing any good.

    Thanks for the help.

vitalinea + weight watchers bread = crap (just have normal bread but less of it, its a better option) other than that it looks ok .. maybe light on protein though
