Hi there,

Spotted a beautiful house that we're very interested in, that very much stretches our budget. One and only drawback, very noisy stairs and very noticeable creaking of floorboards on the 1st floor and attic conversion. Could it see it driving me mad, very quickly. Is it a tricky or massively expensive job to get floorboards re-tightened/strengthened?
