Sore Hip

    Hi,

I have been doing split squats as part of my strengthening program.

However, I find that my left hip gets very sore after this.

Should I stop doing this? Or any advice on what I may be doing wrong?

    Thanks.

Time to visit a physio before you do more damage. Not saying you have damaged it but if it hurts when you do something then don't do it.
My hip was at me when I was running turned out I had damaged cartilage and needed an op to fix it.
So off to a physio and get yourself checked. Just my two cents.
