    hi all,
i think im cracking up, im feeling really unstable at the moment. sometimes i just start crying for no reason and i cant stop. i feel really down sometimes and nothing seems to be able to cheer me up. sometimes i feel so angry and i just want to smash everything i see. i feel like im a completely different person to what i was.
the past few months have been really hard for me and im not really sure why. im really unhappy and i cant stop worrying about everything. i worry about college, life, family, friends, what my friends think of me, what has happened, what could happen, what could happen in years to come. i cannot stop. i lie in bed just stressing over everything.
sometimes i cant get out of bed and i just sleep as long as possible, im letting myself drift away from my friends and i fell like im living in a big cloud of negativity.
i just want leave this country and leave everything and everyone behind.
    thank you for reading.

It can be easy to feel overwhelmed sometimes. Even though it may not fix everything, I've found having a coping strategy does help. You'll find something that you can enjoy, which in turn will help ease your mind. For myself, on those days like you've described where even getting out of bed to face the world is tough, I simply put on my shoes and go for a walk, on my own, to the local park where there is nothing or nobody to cause stress.

It's great for allowing one to collect their thoughts and it also breaks the cycle of feeling negative thus becoming more negative thus feeling more negative etc. by at least getting out into a relaxing environment. However, some people do get great benefit from the travel option, by leaving the country for a short time and almost 'rediscovering' themselves.

Lastly I'll say that negativity is not permanent and that all things inevitably do start to look up.
