Firslty, improve your diet. All the information you need is in the stickies, you have ta look this up yourself.

Secondly, start doing a full body weights routine. I would recommend Starting Strength, google it. If you are complete novice, go to gym and pay for a lesson in correct lifting form from instructor.

Thirdly, start doin cardio. I would recommend doing HIIT on your non weights days, youtube HIIT for info. Its quick, will get you fit, healthy and burns fat well.

As for the practical side of things, join a gym. If ya cant, do your cardio outside somewhere or buy a small treadmill. As for the weights, you could do them at home. Buy yourself a good quality barbell, some good quality cast iron weights, a simple bench and squat rack. With this set up, you can do all essentiall weights exercises. In my opinion, fork out the money for the weights and maybe treadmill, in the long run will be cheaper than gym.
