    You'll pay more for student accommodation than similar private accommodation, definitely. However, you have to consider that what you pay includes most of your bills, as well as various staff such as reception and security.

    Since you're just starting, I would definitely recommend student accommodation. Cúirt is a nice place, and you'll be around plenty of parties, but you'll be able to sleep well if you want to ... most nights anyway!
