Train 'til you faint!

First off, don't jump on the title right away! I just needed any sort of title.

I was reading in the self defence & martial art forum that one lad was at a 4 hour grading with Karate, and someone fainted. He wasn't feeling great himself. Now, a few posters have pointed out that going on until you faint isn't the way forward at all, which is something I agree with.

I semi-fainted before during a shoulder press before, but was lucky enough to dump it forward onto a power rack. On the odd occasion in the same gym, I'd see stars* coming to the end of a set. When is enough, enough?

*I'd like to point out that I had apparently been doing things arseways back then.
