    But anyway.

    I know a Garda and I have his first name and I know where he is stationed but can't for the life of me remember his surname!:mad:

    Is there anyway that you can get this from public records or anything??

    It's a surprise for a friend so it's not anything illegal:P

    I could ring the Garda Station but my voice is gone!:eek:

    Hmmm,

    I guess try and google the station name and see what pops up?

    I doubt there is a public file somehow. Although I could be wrong

    If he's a Garda then there's a chance his full name will have appeared in the local press at some stage. So let's say his first name is David, you could google "Garda David" Waterford and see if anything comes up.
