Hi guys, I'm looking for some advice. Basically I left my job last November as I wasn't getting paid. It was a small construction company and they were struggling to get money. At the time of leaving I got a signed letter saying I was owed €3800 in outstanding wages along with my P45. I haven't been able to get any of this money yet, I ring my old boss several times a week and text him aswell. I know they are still trading and have seen they have new vans on the road this year. What can I do to get my money? Any advice would be a help. Thanks.

Did you keep all your payslips?

Did you also keep any txt's or letters that your boss sent you?

You may need the above if it goes to Labour court (if it goes that far)

Thanks for those links, I kept any payslips I have been given (I didn't always get one, and the last few months didn't get one at all). I kept the letters I was given upon leaving. I downloaded the form for complaints to NERA and filled it out, I'll send it Friday if I get no further.
