registration, sterling vs euro

    just entered mullaghmore this morning and i noticed lastnight when checking the site that the registration fee is €50 or £35. how the hell can they justify charging us more in euro than if we paid in sterling. its bad enough the shops charging us more here than in the uk but the organisers of our own races aswell, bloody hell.

    thats poor form. id forgotten this had opened this morning and plan on doing it but that has put a sour taste in my mouth

    For that kind of a price difference they must have figured out the prices several years ago. Been a good while since that was anything close to the exchange rate.

    how do you pay in sterling robinph? its too late for me anyway as i'm already entered and it looks to have filled already but there are one or two more i'd like to enter and it'd be handy to know.

    Ahh, it might be that they force you to pay in € if you enter an Irish address on their website then. Where is the registration done?
