point for a David brown plough

I was ploughing the vegetable garden for my father about 2 weeks ago and hit a root and broke the point of the plough. It is an old 2 furrow david brown plough, I have tried several places to find a replacement one but to no avail. One guy said alot of David Brown ploughs were Ransome ploughs with a David Brown badge on it. So maybe a point from them would do.

Does anybody have an old one lying in the ditch by any chance or know where I would get one. (based in Laois)

    Many thanks for any help.
