iTunes refuses to open...

    Went to download an update there the other day and now iTunes won't open. I keep being told "The program can't start because objc.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

    And

    "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes.
    Error 7 (Windows Error 126)"

    I've tried re-installing it to no avail. I even tried a system restore to a couple of days before I updated and even that didn't work.
    Help would be much appreciated, I'm tearing my hair out here.
