Does anyone, off the top of their heads, know of any Big/Landlord houses burned out in Waterford City or County during the Anglo-Irish War? Anyone know if there's a list of these houses anywhere.

    Thanks.

The local history room in the City Library would have that information.

I believe the period would be better described as British invasion sucessfully repeled by Irish Republician Army, followed by Irish Civil War.
Least we forget the brutality of BLACK and TANS.

Unfortunately, some of the best of Architecture was burned by the ignorant!
