    I'm looking for the a great croissant in Dublin. I know most croissants are now baked from frozen. Does anyone know of a bakery that make them fresh?

    I've heard good things about Il Valentino in Gallery Quay, Grand Canal Dock, they seem to bake everything fresh;

    There isn't so much of a difference between frozen premade, and fresh pastry.
    If you want something easy.
    Buy yourself some frozen croissant pastry from an eastern european food store.
    I use Tesla which I find in Lithuanica.

    Il Valentino is a lovely bakery. :)

    ...funny thing is that the frozen ones are actually alot better than ones made fresh.
