    Hi guys.

Last weekend I was assaulted by 3 guys in a uk reg car.

They damaged my car with there bodys and left me with a few bruises.

There was no car to car contact. Basically this is where im lost.

Where do I go to claim for damage to my car and myself if they didnt actually damage my car by there car.

I looked at the personal injury board and the mibi but they dont seem o be the options to take?

    A solicitor, then the Gardai.

Ye the gardai were the ones that tracked the car for me but the problem arises who does the solicitor try to claim from if I did go that route
