I heard from a guy who manages a dog kennel that the dog warden will follow up on reported stray dogs (and catch them), but will not pick up a dog handed in to (or caught by) a dog kennel owner.

Like if someone has boarding kennels or something? and catch a dog, or it gets handed in, the warden won't take it?

Or just somebody with a dog kennel?
