I see in a book a chart showing the minutes elevation you need to be at when shooting a target at various distances from a 100 yards to 500 yards. eg at 100 yards 0 minutes elevation, 200 yards 2 minutes elevation

My question is, whats minutes elevation...is this the same as inches elevation.???
