Anyone know anything about shoes? This is a pair of Kayano 15s I got at Christmas.I've been doing maybe 20 miles a week since so there are maybe 300 miles on these.

I would have expected to get twice as much mileage from these.

Any opinions on whether these have to be replaced? They feel fine tbh- its just what Ive been reading online suggests they must be wrecked in the midsole too if this visisible wear is there.

Also- is this wear this early a sign that these are the wrong shoes for me? I've been told I pronate badly- I used to wear Mizuno wave alchemy but found they made me feel flatfooted so Ive loved the kayanos since.

Before I shell out for another pair of Kayano's I'd like some opinions or experience on this.

    Any advice appreciated!

    Thanks.

they dont look in great shape ok but if they feel ok then the prob are ok IMO.

Im a fore/mid foot striker so I pound the midsole of the shoe. Im on my 8th or 9th pair of kayanos and usually get 450-500 milesout of them before they feel flat. Never had any problems on that score.

The Kayanos are for serious over pronators.

Depending on the weight and running style of the person 300 miles may be the limit of the shoe.
