'Bamboo' Rail covers

Hey everyone, just have a few questions about these rail covers: http://www.rsov.com/index.php?target=products&product_id=1542 Firstly, how do they attach to the rails without just sliding off? I don't see any clip that the regular KAC ones have. Secondly, are they easy to cut cleanly?
