    I was just thinking. I would will some teams take a chance and only go with 70 to 80 percent of the fuel neeeded for the race and bet on rain ? I think the new teams should and maybe Toro Rosso and one of the Force Indias

    No chance, the risk is too large, but I think that some drivers have taken a risk on setup. I wouldn't be suprised if the Williams', Rosberg and Sutil have a wet weather setup wheras Schumi and Liuzzi have a drier setup-it would explain the time difference to their teammates. That would be a much more likely gamble for drivers than taking low fuel
