    Hi folks,

Please do not post any negative comments here. I only want to hear from people who were successful in losing weight from this product.
I couldn't find a "fad diet" section to post this, so I think this is the best place.

If you were not successful in losing weight using Lipoitrim, do not post here.

I am aware that there is loads of threads about this stuff, but I can't really read them as every second post is from stupid do-gooders telling people to eat less and exercise more. Skinny backstards!

I am on day 1. Its so tough. I had a huge appetite previously. I had my 2 shakes today. They are not too bad. Taste like protein shakes.
I just had to lock myself away in my room since 5 o'clock. Only been off food for half a day, everything smelt so good and tasty. I couldn't even watch TV as everyone on tv seems to be eating, and rubbing it in my face.

I feel very tired today, but had a long day yesterday and was up late last night and early this morning - so hopefully thats part of the reason.

does it get any easier than today?

    Btw - starting weight 134kg , 295 lbs

I would say only 1 thing to you: If you're going to do a diet like this, try to do some resistance type exercise (weights) to help minimise muscle loss.

Be sure to post back in 12 months to let us know if you've kept it off.

    From the Charter:
There will be zero-tolerance of any pro-ana topics, discussions of pharmaceutical weight-loss aids or crash dieting. This forum is to promote healthy and varied eating - not to advise you in how to drop a stone in a week.

Lipotrim falls under the crash dieting heading. I'm afraid we can't facilitate that discussion here.
