Okay, so one of my mam's friends just had a Hysterectomy and has asked me if I know of any good exercises to help tighten her midsection again.

Essentially she can't do anything too strenuous, so all I've been able to think of are planks and the like. She's got alot of excess skin there too. So anyone got any ideas? I'm drawing a blank. She eats healthy, and walks regularly, and was in good shape pre op.

She had the surgery about 5 months ago.

Her Doctor gave her an A4 sheet from the 60's with a list of outdated rubbish on it. We've all had this conversation about how Docs know little about fitness and exercise before. I'm looking to see if any of the trainers on here like Transform etc have heard of anything specific.

Transform had a blog piece a while ago about training after pregnancy I think..that would be kind of the same issue wouldn't it?
