    Hi guys,

Bought one of these, and downloaded itunes, but I cant figure out whats going on. How do I get music on it? Can I just copy music from someone elses ipod or do I have to buy it from itunes?

Sorry if these are simple/silly questions, I just havent got a clue.

    Thanks a million

Read the manual. seriously i dont mean to be smart but the Apple manuals are so simple it really is much easier than someone typing it up here.

but basically, plug it in to the computer, iTunes will switch on, either buy music off iTunes - drag and drop songs onto iPod - or else 'rip' all your CDs at home. (ie: CD into computer, convert songs into MP3 and drag onto iPod)

But apple's website, or manual is far easier to follow than some waffle from me :D

You can't copy from someone else's Ipod at least not with just your own Ipod. There is HW available on gadget sites to do that and software to get from your old ipod onto itunes. In itunes, you set up a folder, drag what you want to copy to that and sync the ipod with the folder. if you're not into the manuals go to the apple site and see the video demo.
