Interlink Express UK?

    I recently purchased some items from the UK and they are using Interlink Express as the courier - I need a couple of questions answered if possible!

    1: Is this the same company as Interlink Ireland?
    2: Can I expect delivery on Saterdays?
    3: Anyone have any experience using this courier?

    Interlink are now known as DPD http://http://www.dpd.ie/ I doubt if you will get any deliveries on a Bank Holiday Weekend TBH

    the thing is that tracking only works on the UK website and not the Irish one so I was assuming they are different companies but now am not sure - they dont seem to answer there phones either:D

    They used to be the same, but then the UK operation got bought out/ merged with Parceline(?) but not the Irish franchises. That was quite a while ago though. Dunno what happend with the company ownership since then.

    They are both part of the same Group. La Poste own both of them. Interlink no longer exist here and have been rebranded as DPD.

    Interlink is now known as DPD. They are a very reliable service provider from our experience with them. Saturday deliveries can be arranged by the sender at an extra cost but if it has shipped already it will not be down for Saturday delivery. They are closed today and will reopen on Tuesday.
