    Heya,

I'm looking to buy a new laptop within a limit of 850e. I'll be using it for both gaming and all my university work.

I was looking through the pcworld.uk range, and they seem to have fairly OK laptops. I don't know if they have them here in Dublin.

I'de like something with the following specs or there abouts:

    i5 processor or higher
    4gb ram minimum
ati 5650 550/800 mhz or equivalent
    500gb hard drive
    16' or 17'

I was looking at the new Dell 1749, is that any good? And where could I go to buy this dell, I don't want to buy it online.
    I'm looking for recommendations!

    Cheers
