    im a complete novice here so bear with me!

    In reaper, if you record a voice part, is there any way to put the same effect on the voice thats in this song at 23 seconds in:

    Take the voice, roll off everything below 200hz and everything over 2khz with EQ. Then put a light distortion/tube style effect on it. Should get you close enough.
